If you register with Fortune & Hopkins, we will keep you up to date with new products and offers. We won’t bombard you though, we know it can get annoying to be sent too many emails! To sign up to our email newsletter, simply enter your email details in the sign up section found at the bottom of our homepage.
The VAT rate for the UK is 20%. Prices on our website include VAT at this rate.
We can amend or cancel an order within one hour of purchasing your order. If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
In the event of an item arriving broken or where there are items missing from your order please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will ask you to provide a photograph of the damages. This will help us to claim from our delivery companies. The easiest way is to submit a digital picture by email.
Notification is required within 5 working days of receiving a damaged or incorrect order.
We do not currently have the facility to provide customers a specific delivery time slot.
Most orders require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local post office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
With the exception of pre-ordered products, we will despatch all items in your order at the same time. This may result in a delay to the delivery of your overall order due to a delay with specific items.
