The VAT rate for the UK is 20%. Prices on our website include VAT at this rate.

We can amend or cancel an order within one hour of purchasing your order. If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us at info@fortuneandhopkins.com to discuss.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?2017-03-15T11:05:05+01:00

In the event of an item arriving broken or where there are items missing from your order please contact us immediately at info@fortuneandhopkins.com. We will ask you to provide a photograph of the damages. This will help us to claim from our delivery companies. The easiest way is to submit a digital picture by email.

Notification is required within 5 working days of receiving a damaged or incorrect order.

We do not currently have the facility to provide customers a specific delivery time slot.

What happens if I’m not in when you attempt delivery?2019-04-16T20:40:32+01:00

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

For UK orders, the Hermes 2-4 day signed for postal service has a maximum of 3 delivery attempts on 3 separate days. If the parcel cannot be delivered after three attempts it will be returned to us. Please note that if the parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for an additional postage fee to resend the item.

If you select the Royal Mail signed for postal service and you are not in, your order will be left with a neighbour or held at your local post office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.

If some items in my order are delayed – will I receive my other items in the meantime?2019-04-09T20:02:14+01:00

We will dispatch all items in your order when they are ready to dispatch. This may result in a delay to the delivery of your overall order due to a delay with specific items.
