UK Mainland Orders
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
The Hermes 2-4 day signed for postal service has a maximum of 3 delivery attempts on 3 separate days. If the parcel cannot be delivered after three attempts it will be returned to us. Please note that if the parcel is returned to us, you will be liable for an additional postage fee to resend the item.
The Royal Mail 1st Class signed for postal service will attempt to deliver once. If you are not in, your order will be either left with a neighbour or held at your local post office. A card will be left to let you know that an attempt to deliver has been made.
We can amend or cancel an order within one hour of purchasing your order. If you wish to amend or cancel an order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss.
